Jared Hicks is a Eugene native with deep roots in the community and a sharp understanding of the local market. With over 15 years of experience, he’s helped everyone from first-time buyers to seasoned investors navigate the neighborhoods of Eugene, Springfield, and across Lane County.

He got his start in real estate as an assistant to one of the area’s top agents, learning the ropes before becoming licensed in 2010. Jared later went on to step into his role as Principal Broker and co-founder of Next Phase Realty in 2014.
